Quick Honey Carrots

1 lb bag Baby Carrots
1 Tbsp Honey
2 tsp Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Fresh Chopped or 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
1/8 tsp Pepper

Toss together all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave at High 6-7 minutes or to desired degree of doneness.
