Dreamsicle Smoothie

6 oz Plain Lowfat Yogurt
1 cup Orange Sherbet
1 Tangerine (divided and seeded)
6 Vanilla Wafers
1/4 cup Lowfat Whipped Cream (as topping)
4-6 Ice Cubes
Optional: 1 scoop Protein Powder

Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth consistency.
