Peachy Smoothie
Ingredients:
6 oz Plain Lowfat Yogurt
1 cup Frozen Chopped Peaches
1/2 cup Frozen Red Rasberries
4-6 Ice Cubes
Optional: 1 scoop Protein Powder
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth consistency.
