Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
• 1/4 cup Soft Tofu
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 tsp Splenda
• 1 20-gram scoop Low-Carb Soy Powder
Directions:
Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.
