2 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread- toasted
1 Banana- sliced into 15 to 18 circles
2 Tbsp Smart Balance or All-Natural Peanut Butter
Wheat Germ (optional)
Toast slices of bread to desired texture. Smooth 1 Tbsp peanut butter on 1 slice of bread and top that with approximately 7-9 slices of banana. Sprinkle with wheat germ. Eat open-faced.
