Fruit & Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:
6 oz Lowfat or Fat-Free Yogurt (any flavor)
1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Mixed Fruit
1/4-1/2 Cup Lowfat Granola (optional)
Directions:
In 12 oz cup, layer fruit, yogurt and granola. This will travel well for up to 4-6 hours.
